BOB IT Professional Recruitment 2023 notification has been released by Bank of Baroda for recruiting candidates for its IT department. The bank had issued a detailed advertisement dated 19.10.2022 in leading newspapers in this regard. Bank of Baroda has now re-opened the application window inviting applications for the vacancies in the IT department. It has released the updated notification on 9th May 2023 for filling up of 42 vacancies. BOB IT Professional Recruitment 2023 Overview:

Bank of Baroda invites application from eligible candidates for filling up vacancies in their IT Department. BOB through this recruitment, will select the candidates on contract basis for fixed term engagement. Candidates can apply online through the bank’s official website. Nature of Engagement:

Candidates selected for these posts will be posted on a contractual engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance review. The contract period shall be extendable at the choice of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates applying for these posts should fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the bank as on 01.05.2023 as follows.

1. Age Limit:

The age of the applicants shall not exceed the limits mentioned in the below table based on the post they apply for.

2. Educational Qualification:

• Applicants should posses B.E. or B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

3. Experience:

• Senior Quality Assurance Lead: Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in project or product management.
• Quality Assurance Engineers: Minimum of 3 years experience in Software Testing.
• Junior Quality Assurance Engineer: Minimum a year of experience in Software Testing.
• Senior Developer -Full Stack Java: Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Development.
• Developer- Full Stack Java: Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development.
• Developer – Full Stack .Net & Java: Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development.
• Senior Developer – Mobile Application Development: Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Development.
• Developer – Mobile Application Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development.
• Senior UI/UX Designer: Minimum 6 years of experience in UI/UX designing.
• UI/UX Designer: Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX designing.

4. Credit History:

The candidate applying for BOB IT Professional Recruitment 2023 should ensure that, they maintain a healthy Credit history and should have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining. The minimum credit score will be as per the Banks policy, amended from time to time.

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will be eligible for a pay based on their qualification, experience and how suitable they are for the positions. The bank will also consider overall market benchmark and the candidate’s last salary. As per the bank, the pay scale will not be a limiting factor selection of the suitable candidates.

The bank announced the openings for its Mumbai/Hyderabad location. However, the bank may change or modify the posting depending on it’s requirement from time to time.
