1. Age Limit:

Postman / Mail Guard:
- Should be a 12th pass from recognized board
- Should have passed local language of the concerned Postal Circle or Division as one of the subjects in 10th standard or above.

- Should possess Valid license to drive two-wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle (for Postman only)
Multi Tasking Staff:
- Should be a 10th standard pass from recognized board
3. Meritorious Sportsperson:
This is the last but most important eligibility criteria for India Post Sports Quota Recruitment 2023. Candidates shall be considered as a meritorious sportsperson bases on the conditions listed below.
- Sportspersons who have represented the Country or a State in International or the National competition.
- Sportspersons who have represented their university in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board
- Sportspersons who have represented the State School teams in the National Sports / Games for schools conducted by All India School Games Federation
- Sportspersons who got National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive
