ONGC offers salary to its Apprentice post. The Aspirants are eligible for monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, during their period of engagement as follows.

- Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 8000/- per Month
- Trade Apprentice: Rs.7000/- per Month
