Eligibility Criteria for TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2023:
Aspirants need to meet the following eligibility criteria if they want to apply for the Sub-Inspector of Police vacancies.
1. Age Limit:
The age of the candidates must be between given limits as on 01.07.2023 based on the category.

2. Educational Qualification:
As per TNUSRB, applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in 10+2+ 3/4/5 pattern or 10+3+2/3 pattern in case of Diploma courses.
Note: Candidates with Bachelor’s degree from Open Universities without going through above patterns will not be eligible.

The selection process for the Sub-Inspector recruitment involves the following steps:

Pay Scale:
The candidates selected for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police in Taluk, Armed Reserve and Tamil Nadu Special Police categories are eligible for a scale of pay of Rs.36,900 – 1,16,600.

- Candidates need to pay an exam fee of Rs.500/-
- Candidates appear for both open and departmental quota exams need to pay a fee of Rs.1000/-
